The bears

Our natural habitat are the thick forests of remote China. Because these forests have not been explored by humans, we live there a seclude life. We study arts and philosophy, and enjoy the life in the forest. It is a rich forest and therefore our population grows.

Once we realize that we are too many, we hold our games to find out, who amongst us are the explorers (about the games I will tell you another time. Just be patient…). Since my brother and I are very skillful, we won the games and after a big celebration we debarked on our journey. This is how we came to Spain (This journey deserves a full story by itself… just be patient.).

Even when we arrived here, we remained undiscovered because people thought we are far too cute to be real and must be therefore stuffed animals. This is the short version of the story how we ended up in a box with stuffed animals in a supermarket. There we found our new home. Once we found a friendly human we climbed at the edge of the box and the human could not resist to take us home.

Our home now is an attic with a balcony. My brother and I recognized right away the potential of the balcony: we could grow our forest back! It took some time and work to plant this idea into the humans and for them to get organized but by now we have them quite well trained to look after the plants, water, and repot them. With the plants and trees also many birds come to the balcony. They seem to be happy we brought a small piece of forest up in the sky.
